Typewriters have moved to another place and now spend their time at the Viskaļi creative community, at the cozy coffee place. During the RLT gallery evening we invite you to see how they live and to try out typing on them! Do you want to just type two words about typewriter being an antique computer and have a little chuckle? Sure! Or maybe you would like to devote a whole hour to write a short story? Why not?

As always- typewriters from different parts of the 20th century, different countries, different languages, and design solutions, but this time- whole 6 different machines you can touch and play with! Be their guest, express yourselves and also prepare your very own postcard with the help of a typewriter for a donation!

How to get there:

• by car: write “The Typewriter Museum” in Google Maps and follow the directions;
• 9th bus route, get off at the “Krustabaznīcas iela” bus stop;

The event is supported by the FREE RIGA organization and “Skandināvs” stores in Latvia.
